Can you break down the "VA finding" process for me? What exactly will this look like?

The process begins with you completing your intake form and sharing general information about your business. 

Next, we’ll hop on a video call to get into the nitty gritty of your needs. We’ll talk about what you are looking for in a VA, the tasks you would like to offboard, discuss the systems you use regularly in your business, and review what the engagement would look like. 

If all sounds good to you, we’ll send you the contract and your first invoice so that the hunt for your VA can commence!

Once we think we’ve found your match, we’ll share your profile with them to confirm that you are comfortable moving forward. 

Then it’s time for the kickoff call! The three of us will meet to lay the foundation for the engagement. We’ll do formal introductions, and discuss goals and expectations. 

After that, you and your VA will be off to the races! Your account manager will be in very close contact as the two of you grow in your relationship together. 

When can I expect my VA to be available?

Monday to Friday, 9a-5p your time zone

I've never used a Virtual Assistant before and I'm a little nervous.

Not to worry! Your dedicated Account Manager will be there with you every step of the way for coaching as you and your VA find your rhythm. You will always have access to you Account Manager throughout the length of your engagement.

What if I need more that 50 hours per month?

All of our VAs are based in the United States.

Will I work with more than one VA?

You will be assigned only one VA to work with.

My VA and I don't seem to be working out. What should we do?
